Meet the Attorneys
Stephen Stewart
Stephen’s father and grandfathers worked their entire lives in the oil & gas industry, and Stephen witnessed firsthand the long, back-breaking hours and the sacrifices oilfield workers make to put food on the table for their families. Each one of those laborers was a warrior in his eyes, working in a system that often seemed stacked against them.
Now, he’s dedicated my career to helping them level the playing field.

Clark Harmonson
When Clark’s grandfather sold pumps for hot oil trucks throughout the Permian Basin, Clark loved riding with him in his truck through the small towns to meet with people and deliver the pumps. These were hardworking people who toiled away sunup to sundown in the oil patch. Clark knew there was something special about the strength, the will, and the work ethic of people willing to call this place home.
That’s why he built his legal career around working for the people of this community.
Invested in our local community:
We grew up on this land. Our fathers and grandfathers made a living in the oil patch. We worked on roustabout gangs to help make ends meet. Growing up, we spent summers watching the sun set behind oil rigs in the Permian Basin. We know these roads and the small communities that make this rugged part of the country unique.
People who aren’t from here don’t understand the beauty of this region. It can be a hard place, but the land and the natural resources of this area are what sustain us. The real beauty of this region can’t be found on a map, but rather in the people who live here and call it home. Yes we are tough, you have to be to live here. Yet, we are also home to some of the most generous and genuine people in the country.
For us, these cases are personal.
When our clients come into our fold, they become a part of the family.
And getting the justice they deserve is something we take very seriously.
We’re here to make this process as easy as possible for you and your family.
We can meet virtually via Zoom or a phone call, or host you for an in-person meeting at our Las Cruces office. When catastrophe strikes, we will come to your location to meet with you and your loved ones and begin our rapid response investigation.
We’ve got a treasure trove of medical professionals to call upon and a team of investigators, reconstructionists, and oil & gas safety experts to consult with to make sure your case is getting everything it needs to get you one step closer to justice.
